I was planning for interior detailing as I was about to pick up my fiancée's family in my SUV; I first saw A.P while purchasing my suits down in Eaton Center. After the job is done, I am definitely giving it full stars for its above-and-beyond services, and I can detail 5 reasons below.
- Location: Above Eaton Center, what else could I ask for? It was just the perfect place to park and start shopping, or head to PATH and sit down to work with a laptop. I cannot find any reason not to give this a 5/5.
- Value and Options: Instead of some detailing services providing a solid or fixed timeline and price, A.P. provides four levels for interior and exterior detailing, each marking a different level (and required time to dry off). I chose the 2nd level (Fundamental) for interior detailing and may return for the exterior one soon. Well, as a quick recap, every penny is worth it (or even beyond, based on how my fiancée loved it).
- Professionalism: Arif is the key person on-site, providing a quick "consult" about when I might need to upgrade my package, but notifying me that the one I picked is the best fit based on the soiled situation of my car. After detailing, Arif also provided some tips for me so that I can keep my car cleaner, based on the weather shifts I hadn't noticed (I lived in the States for 8 years and just moved here last June).
- Communication: In between, there were hidden places in my truck since my SUV is a "transformable 3-row" version. Therefore, Arif sent me text messages on time to notify me of the potential extension of time, so I could plan and pick up my car without waiting at all.
- Quality and Efficiency: For the Fundamental package, I have all windows and surfaces wiped and cleaned thoroughly, and the mats vacuumed within 2 hours (with the hidden 3rd row, it took about another 15 minutes extended from the original package). Prices are transparent online, so pick your preferred option and feel free to ask on-site for more details. As for its cleanliness, just look at the pictures below! (VW Tiguan 2019)
